Favre

So what's the deal with this guy. I have always been a huge, huge fan, and still am, but I have finally gotten to the point of questioning if he is what I've always thought he was, which is a Joe regular guy. I totally understand how hard it must be to walk away from the game, but the way he has been going about it, is totally ridiculous. Having said that, I also believe that ESPN and other media sources just make up stories to fill air time, and that to me is unacceptable. For that matter, the entire multi-media for all news is so full of lies, untruths and deception, that I have no idea what to believe. Sorry got off on a rant...back to Favre. They used to ask him if will he be the player that walks away with his dignity and game still intact, or will he be like the majority of all NFL players and need to be dragged off the field by a stretcher or kicked out because your not good enough. At this point it would definitely be the latter and I wish that was not the case. I will always blame Ted Thompson for pushing him out the door, but at some point you need to except the fact that your time has past and your done with football.
